Founded in April of 1994 BioSurface Technologies (BST) proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. This milestone is not just a celebration of time, but a reflection of a journey filled with research, innovation, achievements, and a commitment to developing technology to understand and create solutions in a variety of industries.
BST’s mission is to manufacture and distribute innovative biofilm products for the evaluation and monitoring of biofilm processes. Our legacy product, the Biofilm Annular Reactor (BAR), continues to be used in drinking water testing and distribution research, showcasing BST’s ongoing impact in the field. We are proud of our continued commitment to the research and science community. Over the last 30 years BST has expanded its portfolio to include a range of biofilm reactors and imaging flow cells enabling groundbreaking biofilm investigations and product testing methods. We continue to license and develop a variety of biofilm research and product testing tools for the biofilm community.
