We are attending ASM Microbe 2019! The American Society for Microbiology (ASM) is holding their annual Microbe conference in San Francisco, CA from June 20th to 24th this year. We are excited to go! ASM Microbe is held every year to showcase the “best microbial sciences in the world”. More than 500 sessions and 575 speakers are scheduled to speak. As a result, you can be sure the most up-to-date scientific microbial studies will be discussed.
Find our booth, #4523, in the main exhibit hall of ASM Microbe 2019. See our reactors and flow cells in person, and ask our engineers any questions you have. We are showing training videos for our reactors which were created by the Center for Biofilm Engineering (watch the videos here). We are also offering a special discount for conference attendees! Get the secret code at our booth.
American Society For Microbiology Logo
The American Society of Microbiology was founded in 1899. Originally the “Society of American Bacteriologists,” ASM’s mission is “to promote and advance the microbial science”. Today, the American Society for Microbiology is thriving. For instance, it has more than 30,000 members, made up of researchers and educators, among others. Additionally, they made more than $52 million in 2017. This ongoing success is great for biofilm research, microbiology, and science as a whole!
